Everyone has something to hide, and everyone wants people to think they are perfect. I should know because I have not shown the real me in over 19 years. To protect those I love, from myself, I keep the inner demon from every seeing the sunlight again. Sometimes this is the best thing to do, if it is the only thing you can do.
